Many hours of planning, discussing, and finalizing must occur long before the WGI season begins. The WGI Staff, Boards, and Steering Committees work through the year to lead the winter pageantry activities into a bigger and brighter future. Learning from past seasons as well as incorporating brand new concepts, the WGI workforce constantly works to redefine success and make WGI a better place to compete each season.
