New for 2012 - In an effort to streamline our Membership and Contest Entries registration, the process has been combined into a single step.
If you currently have a “Director’s Only” username and password and are the primary contact with a returning ensemble - Click here to register a group for a WGI competition.Only the primary contact has the ability to register a unit for an event. Within that entry process you will select the type of membership desired for the 2012 season. If you are a new primary contact for a particular unit, please click here to change your Primary contact.
If your unit has not competed with WGI in the past and currently do not have a username and password - simply complete the New Member Registration form. Please allow up to 5 full business days to process the new member registration and receive your director's only username and password. This will be sent to you via the email address you submit.
Membership is required for all color guards and percussion ensembles (except for Regional A class) in order to participate in any WGI event. The membership fee will be included in your first entry registration. All subsequent entry registrations will show that membership has already been purchased.
If you have ensemble/units in both color guard and percussion from the same parent organization, each ensemble/unit is required to purchase an individual membership when registering for an event.
Standard WGI Membership ($75) includes all benefits listed below:
- Electronic copy of the 2012 Adjudication Manual and Rule Book
- Automated Music Licensing form system

Premium WGI Membership ($100) includes all benefits of Standard WGI membership PLUS: Early-bird entry for all 2012 Regional Championships and early entry for 2012 World Championships. "Early-bird Entry" allows your ensemble the ability to receive the best possible postmark. Postmarks are used when assigning prelims performance times at WGI Regionals.
