Shopping Terms & Conditions
All of our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. In the event that a product you purchase from us is defective during such 30-day period, please contact us. Except as expressly stated herein, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that our sole and exclusive maximum liability arising from any product sold on the Site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall we, WGI, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $150.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our finance and accounting department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We are a reseller to end user customers and do not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by us.
We shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ohio. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. We will also provide on-line links to the technical support departments of the manufacturers of equipment, hardware and software that may be offered on our Site.
VHS Return Policy
Customers have up to 15 days, from the date the VHS is delivered, to arrange refunds/exchanges. Customers interested in exchanging a VHS are responsible for shipping the original item back to the office and playing an additional shipping charge for your exchanged item.
DVD Return Policy
Customers have up to 30 days, from the time the DVD was delivered, to arrange refunds/exchanges. Refunds/exchanges are permitted ONLY if the DVD is unopened from its original packaging. Customers interested in exchanging a DVD are responsible for shipping the original item back to the office and paying and additional shipping charge for your exchanged item. If a DVD is returned to our office and the outer seal of the DVD has been broken, a refund/exchange will NOT be granted.
