Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination Policy In accordance with our duty to provide and maintain an environment that is free of known hazards, WGI has adopted a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy to safeguard the health of our employees, judges, contest personnel, and volunteers as well as the community at large. This policy will comply with all applicable laws and is based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health authorities, as applicable. While are not requiring proof of boosters, we are continuing to require that all judges, staff, volunteers, etc. have the minimum vaccination similar to our policy last year. Those in need of an exemption from this policy due to a medical reason, or because of a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance must submit a completed Request for Accommodation form (available from [email protected]) for consideration. Accommodations may be granted where they do not cause WGI undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.
