Crossmen at Super Bowl LI

In just a couple of weeks, football fans from all over the world will converge at Houston’s NRG Stadium for the biggest game of the season, and Texas’ only World Class Drum Corps will be there to supply the pregame entertainment!

San Antonio-based non-profit, Crossmen Productions announced that they have been invited to perform at the following events in Houston, TX in celebration of Super Bowl LI!

Jan 28th – The 2017 NFL Experience Driven by Genesis at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston
Feb 4th – The 2017 NFL Experience Driven by Genesis at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston
Feb 5th – The 2017 GameDay Fan Plaza at NRG Park in Houston for Super Bowl Sunday
 
The 100-member ensemble will be comprised of members from newly established indoor competing ensemble Crossmen Winds, current performers and alumni of the Crossmen Drum Corps, as well as other talented musicians.
During The 2017 NFL Experience Driven by Genesis, The Crossmen will perform as the Vince Lombardi Trophy is presented to the City of Houston. The trophy will be on display throughout the week, leading up to the big game!

“We are thrilled to be representing the State of Texas as the only World Class Drum Corps organization residing in Texas,” said Fred Morrison, Executive Director. “To provide this opportunity not only for the football fans descending on Houston for the big game, but for the performers involved is going to be incredible!”
