Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas, is actively seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to lead our Color Guard program for the 2025–2026 school year and beyond.

The Steele Band and Color Guard have grown into a vibrant and successful program within the past several years. For the upcoming season, our color guard is projected to include approximately 45–50 students. The guard program has historically competed in TECA through the indoor season.
This is an independent position through Performer’s Academy, a district partner, and is not a certified teaching role.
