Jim Sturgeon has over 25 years experience in the pageantry arts. He serves as an adjudicator for Drum Corps International, Bands of America, Winter Guard International, Gulf Coast Judges Association, Florida Federation of Color Guard, and various marching band and color guard circuits. Jim was a member of the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps and Pride of Cincinnati Winter Guard. He has served as a designer/clinician for the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps as well as for several high school band and color guard programs throughout the country. Outside of the pageantry arts, Jim possesses a BSBA and an MBA in business from the University of Louisville. He has spent 27 years in the human resources field. Currently, Jim is the Vice President Human Resources for Amedisys based in Nashville TN. Jim, and his husband David, live in Henderson, NV. |
