Percussion Terms

  • I agree to read and comply with the rules and regulations in the WGI Color Guard Adjudication Manual and Rule Book and the WGI Policy Manual.
  • I have read and agree to adhere to the WGI General Information specifying insurance requirements for all independent ensembles and scholastic eligibility requirements for all scholastic ensembles. Also specifying that entry fees are non-refundable as well as penalties for withdrawing from or failing to appear at a WGI Event.
  • I have read and agree to adhere to the Copyright Rules and regulations as set by WGI.
  • I have read and agree to adhere to the Media Release and regulations as set by WGI.
  • I have read and agree to adhere to the Liability Release and regulations as set by WGI.
  • It is understood and agreed that failure to submit any and all forms and paperwork by the above entrant, including but not limited to scholastic eligibility, insurance, and music licensing, will be prohibited from competing in any WGI sanctioned event until said forms and paperwork have been filed with the WGI office.
  • It is further understood and agreed that the entrant accepts full liability for any act or omission by member, staff, or guest of the entrant resulting in claims or damages at contest sites, and further, that entrant will hold harmless Winter Guard International, its agents and employees from such claim or claims.
  • It is further understood and agreed that the entrant irrevocably grants permission to use their name, likeness, photographic and any reproduction of their performance at any WGI event for any advertising and/or educational purpose, and releases Winter Guard International from all claims, liabilities and/or damages which may arise from such use.
