Bringing the Gallery to Life With Dartmouth High School Percussion

Each time Darcie Aungst walks past the incredible art gallery in her hometown of Bedford, Massachusetts, she’s drawn to its aesthetic. Filled with creations by local artists, Darcie decides that “Gallery X” would be the perfect centerpiece of an indoor percussion show for the group she works with, Dartmouth High School.

“Reflecting” on Zionsville High School’s 2024 Production

Under the direction of Michael Rennaker and Orion Avery, Zionsville took a fantastically detailed, entertaining, and beautifully performed show to Dayton. With a mirror turned to the audience as they leaped to their feet following an incredible finals performance, Zionsville closed the book on their 2024 season and their show, “Sonic Reflections.”

20 Years and Counting with Motor City Percussion

Motor City’s first competitive season was in 2003, making it the oldest independent group in Michigan.

LOTUS Marks the Return of Arkansas Independent Percussion

When referencing states with a large indoor marching arts presence, Arkansas is not typically mentioned in conversation. With such a young competitive circuit, directors created LOTUS, the only independent percussion unit in Arkansas.
