Truist Arena box office & concession stands are 100% cashless, accepting all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Security Procedures
For the safety of everyone at the Truist Arena, patrons will pass through these security procedures any time they enter or re-enter the building. Please allow extra time for your arrival to the arena to account for this process.
All persons will walk through a metal detector or be screened with a hand-held metal detector, to search for prohibited items.
NO COLOR GUARD EQUIPMENT will be allowed in the main spectator arena entrances. Equipment may only enter the building through the warm up/guard check in entrance, prop unloading/loading area, and the designated performance entrance.
Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment, Truist Arena’s CLEAR BAG POLICY limits the size and type of bags that may be brought to all Cintas Center Events.
Guests are permitted one 12″ x 6″ x 12″ clear bag + 1 clutch no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ with or without straps. Exceptions can be made for Medical bags after a proper inspection.
All bags are subject to search & NO BACKPACKS are permitted in the spectator entrances. Flag bags/equipment bags/ cymbal bags are not permitted in the spectator entrances.
Prohibited Items
Include but not limited to aerosol cans, alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use, animals, audio/video records, backpacks, bags larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, balloons, camera cases, cameras with removable lenses or flash, cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers, fireworks, flags, signs or banners, flowers or gifts, hover boards, laser pens/pointers, noisemakers (such as air horns or whistles), outside food or drink or personal drink containers, tripods, monopods, other professional photography equipment or selfie sticks, pepper spray/mace, weapons of any type (including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry), and other items deemed unacceptable by event/building management.
Smoking or Vaping is not permitted at Truist Arena.
If an item is revealed during a search, patrons may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. Truist Arena does not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.
