- Proof of Legal Entity
- Code of Conduct
Circuit Partner Master Agreement
Each circuit must have a 2027 Circuit Partner Master Agreement on file with WGI prior to October 31, 2026. Please take a moment to download and sign the agreement. (Note: there are two separate signature fields on the agreement. One on the actual agreement and one on the addendum.)

To e-sign the agreement, you must download the file to your computer and open it in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. Otherwise, you will have to print it, sign it, and scan or take a photo of it.
Once the agreement has been signed, please upload the full agreement in the request form below.

Proof of Legal Entity
Proof of a legal entity is a legal document:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Organization, filed with the state’s Secretary of State,
- Certificate of Good Standing from your state
- THIS IS NOT 501(c)3

Code of Conduct
All Circuit Partners Code of Conduct must meet or exceed WGI’s standards.
All Circuit Partners will disclose whether the circuit follows WGI’s Code of Conduct or will follow their own Code of Conduct. Those circuits who choose to use their own Code of Conduct must upload their documents for review by the WGI Director of Participant Protection.
