Beginning in 2027, all groups wishing to participate at WGI World Championships and needing to secure overnight hotel accommodations must utilize the official WGI Housing Service. Groups that do not comply with this requirement will not be permitted to compete at World Championships. For more information, click here.
Local area groups and organizations that wish to arrange alternative housing (e.g., YMCA, church, campground) can submit a Housing Waiver Request, available below.The $150 waiver fee will be collected at the time of submission. A full refund will be provided in the unlikely event your waiver is not approved.
