“In The Dark” is based on “You There” by Aquilo, “In The Dark” is best understood from a quote by Andy Andrews: “As children, we were afraid of the dark. Now as adults, we are afraid of the light. We are afraid to step out. We are afraid to become more.” Through narration, melody & lyrics we connect to this inner struggle. Color choices reflect being in the dark, later revealing enlightenment as we shed off our proverbial dark (coats) and reveal the light shining within us ready to step out. Music by Bryan Harmsen. The show centers on the relationship between the narrator and the wolf, two characters who weave through every chapter.
