The Dominion High School Band program is currently accepting resumes and contacts for the
position of Color Guard Instructor for the 2025-26 marching season and school year. Interested candidates

Position Reports to: Director of Bands

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Attends band camp (July 28-Aug 1 and Aug 4-8)
* Attends competitions and football games
* Attends rehearsals during the marching season
* Assists/leads color guard sectional rehearsals
* Teaches/cleans drill, dance, and equipment.

Skills/Experience: Individual should possess strong skills in teaching, marching, visual
choreography and performance. Collegiate, DCI and WGI experience is a plus but is not
required.

Availability: Late July through Early November. Possible clinics throughout the year. Open to winterguard.
