Colgan High School in Manassas, VA is looking to fill their position of color guard instructor for the 2025 marching band season.

Individual should possess strong skills in teaching, marching and visual movement.

Job Responsibilities

Attends band camp

Attends competitions and home football games

Attends rehearsals during the marching season

Leads color guard sectional rehearsals

Teaches/cleans drill and visual routine

Involvement with design, costuming and choreography

DCI/WGI/Collegiate guard experience preferred.

Pay is competitive and determined based on experience.
