El Segundo HS is seeking a passionate and experienced Color Guard Director to lead our high school color guard program for the upcoming marching and winter seasons.  This position involves designing and teaching choreography, instructing students in flag and equipment technique, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.  The director will work closely with the band staff to support rehearsals, performances, and competitions.  Ideal candidates have prior instructional or performance experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student growth and success.
