Fishers High School in Fishers, IN is currently accepting resumes for the position of Color Guard Director for the 2025-26.  Interested candidates should contact Chad Kohler, Director of Bands, at ckohler@hse.k12.in.us.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Looking for a talented/responsible/committed person to take ownership of all aspects of the color guard.  Duties include recruitment and retention, teaching and cleaning of drill, dance, and equipment.  Ability to write is preferred. Ability to collaborate with our incredible design team for Fall and compliment themselves with an incredible team for Fall and Winter.

Our program, of course, includes the fall colorguard, world, winter guard, Regional Winter guard and cadet/JV Winter guard and a color Guard Class!

Skills/Experience:

Individual should be highly organized and possess strong skills in teaching, marching, visual, choreography and performance and MUST be a team player!  DCI and/or WGI experience is preferred.  Salary commensurate with experience.
