Color Guard Director

Mansfield High School is looking to hire a color guard director. The guard director would be responsible for DAILY class instruction, and organize all aspects of the guard program including:
·      Fundamentals of equipment and dance
·      Choreography for fall and winter productions
·     Hiring of supplemental staff (in collaboration with Band director and district expectations)
·     Costume design (in collaboration with design staff)
·     Flag design (in collaboration with design staff)
·     Recruiting and planning

Salary is commensurate based on experience
