The Highlands Regiment Drumline at Northern Highlands Regional High School is seeking a pit and a battery tech! We are a USBands Group 2A ensemble and a young, growing program looking for fresh energy, creativity, and new ideas. There is also an opportunity to continue to work with the students year-round in the percussion ensemble setting.

Responsibilities include teaching and teching music, teaching drill and battery marching basics, and collaboration with the marching band staff to support a positive student experience. Schedule includes band camp in August, Tuesday/Thursday rehearsals (5–8 PM), Friday night football games/sectionals, and Saturday competitions, with flexibility available.

Applicants should have at least 60 college credits and experience in marching arts performance and/or instruction. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, and excited to help grow a developing program. Compensation starts at $2800 for the season (not including percussion ensemble) but is negotiable with experience/availability.
