WGI Virtual Events

A unified approach for all three divisions will be used for a series of Virtual Events featuring group and solo competitions. Even if you plan to attend "in-person" events this season, WGI Virtual Events can serve as an additional educational tool for your season!

Virtual Group Registration procedure

If you do not already have access to the “Directors Only” portion of the website, complete the NEW GROUP FORM. Please allow up to 5 business days to process the request and receive your username and password. You will find the Group Virtual Event Registration Form after logging into the “Director’s Only” portion of wgi.org. Log into the directors dashboard. Click the blue Event Registration button at the top. Select your group from the dropdown. Fill out the registration form.

Virtual Solo Registration procedure

1. Download & Complete Performer Release and Liability form to be uploaded at the time of registration.

      1. 18 & Over Performer Release & Liability Form
      2. 17 & Under Performer Release & Liability Form
   2. Print the form
   3. Sign the form – or if you are 17 or younger on December 1, 2022 – have a parent or legal guardian sign the form
   4. Use a scanner app like Tiny Scanner or Scannable to scan form into PDF format
