El Segundo HS is seeking a passionate and experienced Percussion Caption Head to lead our high school percussion program for the upcoming marching and winter seasons.  This position involves designing and teaching percussion technique and show music, instructing both battery and front ensemble students, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.  The caption head will work closely with band staff to support rehearsals, performances, and competitions.  Ideal candidates have prior instructional or performance experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to student growth and success.
