Magnolia HS is seeking a Color Guard Advisor (Director) for 6th through 12th grade
Qualifications:
-Educational Aide II certified (obtained through HR)
-Knowledge of overall operation of color guard program, including dance, flag, sabre, & rifle techniques
-Knowledge of University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules
-Ability to choreograph, arrange, and implement color guard routines (marching band & winterguard seasons)
-Ability to instruct and supervise students
-Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
-Magnolia HS = Two Guard Class Periods
-Junior High = Two Guard Class Periods
-6th Grade = One Guard Class Period
-ALL MHS Guard Activities
-Recruit for all Color Guard Activities
Compensation:
-$44,000
