Colleyville Heritage is seeking an engaging, dedicated, and student-centered individual to join our team of directors!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a color guard director
  • DCI and/or WGI experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in student recruitment and retention
  • Knowledge of choreography, staging, and visual performance design
  • Ability to teach and develop student skills through sequential instruction
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with band directors
  • Availability for rehearsals outside the regular school day
  • Participation in summer camps, all performances, and competitions
