Northern High School is looking for a marching band color guard instructor for the fall 2026 season. We are a small, but competitive championship-winning band and looking to grow our guard program. We are anticipating about 8 color guard students this fall. The color guard instructor would be responsible for teaching choreography and helping students learn drill through the summer rehearsals and band camp as well as regular season after school rehearsals, football games, and performances.

There is paid stipend through the school district. Minimum age is 21 with color guard and/or dance experience. Please email Sam Andrejcisk at andrejcisks@calvertnet.k12.md.us if interested.
