McKinney North High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Colorguard Director to lead a growing and highly competitive program within a strong, student-centered band culture. The marching band has consistently performed at a high level, qualifying for the UIL State Marching Contest in 2022, returning in 2023, and earning a 10th place finish at the 5A State Finals in 2024.
Our Qinterguard program is also competitive and was a 2026 NTCA State Finalist, reflecting a commitment to performance excellence, strong design, and student development year-round.
