Troy High School is seeking two dedicated educators to lead our battery program. We are looking for a Battery Caption Head and a Battery Instructor to push our ensemble to the next level for the upcoming season.

Program Highlights:

Consistent “Best Percussion” captions at regional marching band invitationals.

Regular WGI Regional finalists, regional circuit medalists, WGI World Championship Semifinalists

Powerhouse percussion design team

Positions & Compensation:

Salary: $1,788 – $4,470 (Range based on experience and final position split).
Roles: 1 Battery Caption Head, 1 Battery Instructor.

Requirements: Attend two weekly rehearsals, one percussion sectional, ideally some/all contests and football games. Summer rehearsal schedule and compensation determined based on candidate availability
