Attention All Directors/Instructors!
Each year, the Color Guard, Percussion, and Winds Advisory Boards consider proposals regarding rules and policies that govern WGI. Any ensemble that participated in a 2025 WGI event can submit a proposal for consideration. Proposals will be published on WGI.org for review prior to the meetings and then voted upon by the respective advisory board.
New for 2025:
The Primary Contact of any group submitting a proposal must sign off on it to be considered.
To submit a proposal – click the links below. Proposals for policy and rule changes must be submitted to the WGI office by 5:00 PM EST, Friday, May 16th. Advisory Boards will not consider proposals submitted after the deadline.
