Each circuit must have a current Circuit Partner Master Agreement on file with WGI. Please take a moment to download and sign the agreement. (Note: there are two separate signature fields on the agreement.  One on the actual agreement and one on the addendum.)

To e-sign the agreement, you must download the file to your computer and open it in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. Otherwise, you will have to print it, sign it, and scan or take a photo of it.

Once the agreement has been signed, please upload the full agreement in the request form below.
