Day After Movement Clinic Returns for 2026!

After four years, the Day After Educational Series returns to the 2026 World Championships! This FREE movement master class, presented by Music Travel Consultants, is open to everyone and features Jaclyn Walsh and Samia Vanderkolff, two nationally renowned movement choreographers and educators from Fusion Winterguard.

The clinic is available for up to 150 participants on Sunday, April 12, following the conclusion of Color Guard World Championships. Doors will open at 8:45 AM in the Grand Ballroom at the University of Dayton Marriott. Class begins at 9:00 AM and concludes at 11:00 AM. Participants may also leave early if needed to accommodate for travel plans.

Jaclyn Walsh was named “25 to Watch” in 2015 by Dance Magazine, trained at the Walnut Hill School, and received her BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she was the recipient of the Tisch Achievement Scholarship in Dance. Jaclyn has been a dancer with Keigwin + Company since 2011, performing in prestigious venues across the world, from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. As a dancer with K+C, Jaclyn toured Africa as part of DanceMotion USA, an artistic cultural exchange program of The State Department, produced by BAM.

Samia Vanderkolff is a distinguished figure in the marching arts community, currently serving as the Movement Caption Head for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps. She has an extensive background in movement instruction and contributes her expertise to various top-performing ensembles nationwide. Since 2018 she has been an educational affiliate of UDB and holds a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology.  Pursuing a PhD in Clinical Exercise Science with a focus on Biomechanics incorporates her commitment to understanding the scientific principles behind human movement. Her academic pursuits complement her practical experience and allow her to apply scientific insights to her choreography and instruction.
