We are seeking a Color Guard Tech/Instructor for the 2025 season who is passionate about teaching, motivating students, and building a strong visual program. Our Color Guard currently includes 25 members with skill levels ranging from beginner to advanced

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with regular sectional rehearsals during the summer and fall
  Mondays 4pm – 7pm; Tuesdays 4pm – 6pm or Thursday 4m – 6pm
• Attending full ensemble rehearsals, some football games, and some competitions
• Cleaning and Teaching choreography (in collaboration with the Guard Director, Choreographer, and/or show designer)
• Providing technique instruction and helping members develop fundamental skills
  Creating a positive and inclusive environment for all students
