The Southeast Alamance High School Marching Band is entering its third season as part of a brand-new and rapidly growing program. Since its founding, the band has more than tripled in size — growing from 19 to 76 members in just two years.

We are seeking a Color Guard Instructor for the 2025 season who is passionate about teaching, motivating students, and building a strong visual program. Our Color Guard currently includes 14 enthusiastic members with skill levels ranging from beginner to intermediate.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Leading regular sectional rehearsals during the summer and fall
• Attending full ensemble rehearsals, football games, and competitions
• Designing and teaching choreography (in collaboration with the Band Director and/or show designer)
• Providing technique instruction and helping members develop fundamental skills
• Creating a positive and inclusive environment for all students
