The color guard director is responsible for overseeing the University High School color guard and winter guard, which operate as a component of the University High School Band. The color guard director should be a creative individual with a strong sense for design and pacing, a proactive leader with a clear vision for the program and its future, and strong communicator who is willing to collaborate with the band directors to create and develop a quality program for the benefit of our students.
