Prop, Lighting, Lift Approval

This form is used to request approval for any props, lighting, or lifts that your group plans to use in its performance. These submissions help WGI ensure performer safety and confirm that your group is fully prepared for the event. Each form will be reviewed by your Division Director, who will contact you within 5–7 business days to confirm approval or provide feedback for resubmission.
