WGI World Championships Tickets will go on sale December 4th at Noon EST. To ensure you have a smooth purchasing and checkout experience, check out these tips:
1. Log Into Your WGI Ticket Account Prior to Opening Day
- Due to increased Ticketmaster security, you may be asked to reset your password when you log in. Doing this on opening day could keep you from getting the seats you want. Visit Keeping Your WGI Ticket Account Secure for additional information.
2. Ensure Your Personal Information is Up to Date
- Incomplete or inaccurate account information may result in failed payment processing.
3. Credit Card Payment Recommendations and AVS Two-Step Verification
- Prior to Opening Day, preload/save your credit card to your WGI Ticket Account OR
- During Checkout on Opening Day, opt to “not save” the card to your account (some credit cards are now randomizing their numbers to prevent fraud).
- Ensure you are looking for a 2-step verification process from your bank via text, email, or push notification to approve the purchase during checkout.
4. Additional Tips Related to World Class Finals Tickets
- Queue: Please anticipate that a queuing process will be in place for World Class Finals Tickets
- Desired Viewing Area: Please take a moment to review the General UD Arena Seating Map
- Quantity Filter: You may set a quantity filter to help you select the desired quantity of seats (if purchasing for a large group, we recommend setting the quantity to the number of seats in a row and adding each row into your shopping cart one at a time)
- Max Quantity: You may only purchase up to 100 seats per order
- Single Seat: Ticketmaster will not allow you to leave a single seat in a row.
