World Championships Ticket Information
Seating Options
- Fan Club: Membership in this prestigious Fan Club provides benefits such as larger, more comfortable club seating spaces, access to a new “members only” lounge, invitation-only reception at select WGI events, and much more! For more information, please view here.
- VIP Package: includes one reserved seat in a prime location for World Class Finals; general admission entry to all performance venues for Prelims, Semi-finals plus A Class and Open Class Finals, and a 3 day parking pass for a designated area at UD Arena. Reserved Seating: Color Guard and Percussion World Class Finals Saturday night are reserved seats only. We suggest purchasing a Fan Club package if you would like a reserved seat for all performances at UD Arena.
- General Admission: All prelims, semis, A & Open Class Finals, and Winds events are general admission seating.
ADA Seats: All performance venues have ADA seating available on a first come first serve basis for general admission events. For World Class Finals, ADA seating can be reserved during ticket purchasing. To view ADA seating at each venue, select the desired venue from the Performance Venue Information list above.
- Mobility Seating: For the World Class Finals at the UD Arena, we offer a limited number of seats for guests with mobility challenges who do not require a wheelchair. Please call our office, and we’ll do our best to reserve a mobility-accessible seat for you.
Child Policy: Children aged three and older require a ticket. Children two and under may attend for free but do not receive a ticket or a seat and must sit on the lap of a ticketed adult. This policy applies to all performances at all venues.
World Class Finals Ticket Resale Policy
WGI World Class Finals ticket holders for Color Guard and/or Percussion (excluding Fan Club Members or Terrace Suites Holders) are permitted to resell their tickets through the Verified Resale by Ticketmaster, if they are unable to attend an event. Access to this resale platform can be handled through your WGI Ticket Account.
WGI highly encourages ticket holders to only use the Verified Resale by Ticketmaster to purchase or resell World Class Finals Tickets. WGI cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets on other secondary markets.
General Ticket Information
Delivery Methods
- Wristbands: All prelims, semis, A & Open Class Finals, and Winds events are general admission seating with a wristband for entry. They will be mailed via USPS late-February – March 15th.
- Fan Club & VIP Packages will be mailed via USPS late-February – March 15th. If an order is placed after March 15th, it will be available at will call. Will call is only available at the UD Arena ticket office during World Championships Week.
- World Class Finals for Color Guard and Percussion are mobile delivery only. If available, World Class finals tickets may be purchased at any time up to & during performance time.
Holding Seats: Company policy requires payment to reserve seats.
International Orders: We sell tickets outside the United States, but they are only mailed if a U.S. address is provided. International orders can be picked up at the University of Dayton Arena box office.
Quantity Restrictions: There is a limit of 100 tickets per order. World Class Finals performances are expected to reach “sell out” status. It is recommended you order as soon as possible.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. WGI is unable to consider requests for cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
Will Call: The only location to pick up a Will Call order is at the University of Dayton Arena box office. No other performance venues will handle Will Call orders. The UD box office is open one hour before the first performance each day during Championship week.
Ticket Broker Guidelines
WGI Sport of the Arts prohibits the purchase and resale of tickets by unauthorized ticket brokers. Ticket brokers are defined as account holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets or whose accounts indicate high levels of secondary market activity. WGI Sport of the Arts reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to monitor ticket account activity and to withhold or alter, renewal opportunities, cancel ticket orders, withhold electronic delivery of tickets, and/or restrict the account holder’s ability to transfer tickets electronically to others from any accounts that exhibit activity consistent with that of a ticket broker.
Reconsideration Request
WGI ticket holders who believe their tickets have been revoked in error may request reconsideration by emailing tickets@wgi.org within fourteen (14) days of the revocation. The WGI ticket holder’s email should include all relevant information supporting the ticket holder’s position that they have not been purchasing World Class Finals tickets with the primary intent of reselling those tickets for profit. The email will be evaluated by WGI Sport of the Arts staff, and the WGI ticket holder will receive a response within two weeks of submission.
